dear anonymous,i've been through exactly the same situation. exactly the same situation: but you were the one winning. obviously, that didn't hurt me, right? wrong. that hurt me, too. at that point in time, i hated you so much more than anything. but i felt bad for even doing that - because you were the one to make her happy, and i was glad that somebody could, and was - even if it wasn't me. but, i was jealous. i'm sorry - and if it's any constellation: you can't really blame me - i didn't ask for it. i wanted you to be happy - you, of all people. i didn't even know you, and i chose you over myself!
i just want you to know, i'm sorry. i'm sorry i hurt you, even if i don't really know you, and i'm sorry you hate me. in saying all this, i also want you to know, that i really don't like you either.
i'm no longer planning to waste my time worrying about how much you hate me, or how much i hurt you: if you had the maturity of someone your own age, you'd be over that by now, and you'd realise hating takes alot more energy than is worth it.
thankyou and goodbye ;
amy.
/end pointless dearanonymous letter, that i'm hoping against hope that neither of the involved will read.
We went sightseeing yesterday. :D First we went to Hagar Qim temples, where I took a couple of nice shots that I really like. The temples are really quite nice, no matter how erroded they are. Then we walked down to the Mnajdra temples, but they were closed, so we could only walk around them, and we really didn't get to see that much, through the fences.
Afterwards, we walked closer to the cliffs, and they showed me a Maltese herb..thing. O.o It doesn't look that edible to me, though. O.o
We went to lunch at some restaurant not far from the temples - I had spaghetti bolognese - one of my favourite foods, and afterwards walked to Ghar Lapsi - quite a nice little bay sort of thing. Here, I took my favourite photo ever! After that, we went home - everyone was feeling quite tired.
Today, Mum and I went shopping in the city for CD's. I got Evanescence's Fallen, Fall Out Boy's From Under The Cork Tree, and The Rasmus' Black Roses. Quite exciting. :D
We came home for a little bit of a rest at lunch time (everything closes then, here. O.o), and at 5pm-ish went to visit my Nan at her new nursing home. First, we went back to the city, though - Mum bought me waay cool new earphones for my iPod. (:
Is almost half past twelve, now. I'm going to bed, soon. G'nite, kidds!
